Reservation & Refund Policies

Reservations

• To confirm a reservation the booking deposit indicated above must be received within 10 days of the booking date. (Booking date is considered the day one arranges the dates and times of the reservation). 

• All payments are in US funds by either credit card, personal check , cashier’s check, money order, cash or wire transfer.

• We can negotiate a special price should you desire accommodations for more than 4 months.

Refund Policy:

Full Refund: A full refund of all monies paid is given if the reservation is cancelled no less than 30 days prior to the arrival date.

Partial Refund: If a reservation is cancelled less than 30 but more than 14 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of the deposit is forfeited.

No Refund: If a reservation is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the arrival date there will be no refunds and the owner and/or his representatives or agents reserve the right to collect any unpaid balance.

Should we be able to re-book your chosen accommodation for partial or all of the dates you had reserved, we will give you a pro-rated refund for the dates we could fill minus a $50 booking fee. We will try our hardest to do so!
