This single story, end unit, sits on the corner of Montecito and Bath Streets within easy walking distance of the best Santa Barbara has to offer.  Only two blocks from the Am Track train station and just 3 blocks to State Street and Beach, this location affords easy access. At the entrance to the pier is the world famous State Street – where visitors can enjoy a trolley ride to select from the dozens of fine restaurants and shops.  All forms of recreational equipment are available along the beachfront and harbor. The condo sits facing Montecito Street, which is hopping with nightlife, local restaurants and entertainment.

 

The “West Beach Vacation Condo” has been carefully re-crafted from an early 20^th century beach home and cottage into five unique condo style homes.  With a fresh renovation in 2005, the owners are now, for the first time, offering this cozy condo for rent. 

 

Guests will enjoy a gated private entrance to a deck shielded by palm trees and trellises that allow guests to BBQ and enjoy meals outside with privacy.  Yet bustling Montecito Street is right there below the sheltered deck providing an endless variety of people watching, city sights and sounds.

 

Inside, guests will find a freshly renovated one story with satillo tile floors, granite kitchen counters and open beam ceilings.  The power skylight and tropical style ceiling fan allow guests to customize their own ocean breezes.  The Master Bedroom is large and features an antique Queen Bed with a wonderful luxury mattress that rivals any luxury resort.  The Master Bedroom has a fire place, sleeper sofa, writing desk and antique armoire.  The sliding glass door opens out onto the private deck.  The small kitchen is equipped with all the amenities guest’s may need including full refrigerator, quiet dishwasher, and full size gas range, microwave, coffee maker and toaster oven.  The antique kitchen table expands to seat 6.  Adjacent to the kitchen area is the cozy living area and alcove. Amenities include satellite LCD TV, queen sofa bed and trundle beds, tucked neatly into the alcove.  The Bath has a shower (no bathtub) pedestal sink and washer and dryer. 

 

This “West Beach Vacation Condo” is ideal for guests who want to stay in the heart of bustling “West Beach” in a cozy one-bedroom condo fully equipped and luxury appointed for any length vacation. Guests need to be prepared for beach town “night life” sights and sounds particularly on weekends as local pubs and restaurants stay open late.  No smoking and small pets are only allowed with prior approval and applicable pet security deposit.
